Returning a device to Raylo is straightforward. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return.
Please note you should return your device within 14 days of requesting to return.

You’ll be directed to our return portal once your request has been processed.
Create your return using your preferred method. Paperless options are available.
Prepare and send the device:
Remove your device from the Find My / Android account and perform a factory reset. This step is crucial for a successful return.
Take a picture of the device you’re returning, capturing its general condition.
Remove the SIM and package the device securely. Be sure to include any accessories that were originally sent with your device.

Securely package the device following our packaging guide.
Print your label (unless you have chosen a paperless option) and attach it to the parcel.
Drop off the parcel at your chosen drop-off point (unless you opted for a home collection) and keep the receipt as proof of postage.
What happens next?
You'll receive an email notification once we've processed your return.
The device will be assessed quickly, and we’ll inform you of the outcome via email.
We'll collect the final instalment on your regular payment date.
Once the final instalment has been paid, your subscription will be cancelled.
