Returning your device for warranty or cooling off? It's super simple. Follow the steps below for a super simple return.

Before returning your device, please contact us via chat.

  1. Backup your personal data. (Find out how here for Apple or here for Samsung).

  2. Remove your device from Find My / Android account and factory reset the device. This is really important, we won’t be able to complete your return if you skip this step.

  3. Print the prepaid Royal Mail returns label.

  4. Take a picture of the device you’re returning. Make sure to capture its general condition.

  5. Keep hold of any accessories / SIMs.

  6. Package the device securely. For help on how to package your device, see here.

  7. Drop off the parcel at any Post Office. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage.

What happens next?

  • You will be notified via email when the parcel is received.

  • The device will be assessed within five working days.

  • If you are returning to cancel, you will be notified via email once complete, or if any fees are due.

  • If we don’t receive the device back within 14 days we’ll assume you no longer wish to return it and continue with your payments.
