How do I return my old tech?

Time to return your old Raylo tech. Follow these simple steps.

Returning your old tech to Raylo at the end of your lease is really simple.

When your upgrade is dispatched, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to create your return. If you haven't upgraded and wish to return your old tech, you can do this by logging into your Raylo account.

Follow these steps for a super simple return

  1. Backup your personal data. Need help? Check out our Apple, Samsung and Google guides.

  2. Erase and remove your Find My / Android account. If it's not removed, we'll continue to charge your monthly payment.

  3. Take a picture of the device you’re returning. Make sure to capture its general condition.

  4. Remove the SIM and package the device securely. Make sure to include accessories that were originally sent with your device. Full details of what needs to be returned can be viewed here.

  5. Choose your preferred return courier and create your return via our return portal. It’s important that you use our label and retain the receipt of postage, otherwise the device may get lost and you could be charged.

What happens next?

  • You will be notified via email when the parcel is received.

  • The device will be assessed quickly and we’ll inform you of the outcome via email.

  • We'll collect the final instalment on your regular payment date.

  • Once the final instalment has been paid your subscription will be cancelled.
