Our policy

Raylo’s insurance policy is with the AXA Partners Group and covers us against devices being accidentally lost, stolen, or damaged. Excess

As with most insurance policies, there's an excess due on successful claims:

  • Accidental damage or liquid damage claims – £89.00
  • Loss or theft claims – £125.00
