Something happened to your device? You can make a claim on Raylo’s behalf under our policy. Follow these steps to submit a claim.

An excess is the amount you pay towards the cost of a claim - this is standard with most insurance providers. It varies depending on your device and the type of claim. You’ll see the exact amount when you submit a claim in your Raylo account.

Yes - Raylo Insurance covers the device while travelling, as long as you’re away for less than 30 consecutive days. Just be sure to follow any local safety precautions.

Absolutely. If you prefer, you can use your own insurance. We’d recommend checking that it covers:

Accidental damage, theft, and loss.
The device make and model.
Your provider may require proof of responsibility for the device, such as make, model, serial number, and IMEI.

No, insurance must be opted into when signing up for your lease. Once your lease is active, insurance cannot be added or removed.
