Your end-of-lease options

Whether you want to upgrade, save money by extending, or just keep things going, it’s easy to take action in your Raylo account when the time comes.

If you're not ready to make a choice, you’ll continue on monthly rolling by default but you can choose another option at any time.


Upgrade to a new device

Stay up to date, get better value, and make a greener choice by upgrading to the latest tech.

  2. Return your old device when the upgrade arrives

  3. No upgrade fees, free returns


Extend and save

Love your current device? Lock it in and save up to 55% a month.

  • Choose a new 12, 24 or 36-month lease

  • Lower your monthly payments

  • No interruptions, just keep your Direct Debit active


Continue leasing

Happy as you are? Do nothing and carry on with monthly rolling.

  • Same price, more flexibility

  • Switch to another option anytime

  • Just keep your Direct Debit active


Cancel and return your device

If you’re ready to say goodbye, you can return the device and cancel your lease.

  • Keep paying until the device is returned

  • A final monthly payment may apply


Purchase your device

Chat with our team to discuss if your device is eligible.

  • One-off payment based on current market value

  • Doesn’t include payments you’ve already made

You can explore your options in your Raylo account from your ‘Upgrade due on’ date.
