Everything you need to know about Raylo leasing for your business.

We’re excited to let you know that Raylo is now offering subscriptions for business use. Whether you’re looking to equip your team with the latest tech or streamline your business operations, our flexible leasing options are here to help.

With Raylo for Business, you can enjoy some great benefits: low monthly payments to maximise your cashflow; short-term lease options and ongoing support.

To help you get started, we’ve answered some common questions below.

FAQ's for business leases:

What businesses can apply?

Sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships (LLPs), and limited companies can apply. Limited companies and LLPs need to have at least 6 months of trading history.

Your business must be trading for a minimum of 1 year to apply.

Do you run a soft search credit check?

Yes, we run a soft credit check on both the applicant and the business. This check will not affect your credit score.

Is a personal guarantee required?

No, personal guarantees are not required when leasing with Raylo.

Can I cancel after I order?

Yes, you can cancel and return your device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Can you order more than one device?

Yes, once you’ve ordered your first device, you'll be pre-approved to order additional devices, making the process quicker for future leases.

Can I install my own Mobile Device Management (MDM)?

Yes, the devices come without any MDM software, so you’re free to install your own solution.

Is it SIM-free?

All mobile devices are SIM-free, so you can use any SIM card of your choice.

Do you pre-install software?

Our devices come with the manufacturer’s software only, and no additional software is pre-installed. You’re free to install the applications you need.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?

Yes, we’ll provide a consolidated VAT invoice for your records.

What if the device gets damaged?

If your device has fair wear and tear, there will be no charges when returning it. For significant damage, you may be charged for repairs. You can choose to add Raylo insurance at checkout, which covers accidental damage, loss, and theft.

Do I need to worry about wear and tear?

Normal wear and tear won’t result in any charges when you return your device. We understand devices will show signs of use over time.

What happens when it’s time to upgrade?

At the end of your chosen term, your lease will automatically switch to a monthly rolling plan. From there, you have three options:

  1. Upgrade for free to the latest device.

  2. Keep paying monthly to continue using your current device.

  3. Simply return the device at any time and end the lease.

Will Raylo have access to my data?

No, Raylo does not have access to any of your personal or business data stored on the device. You are responsible for securely wiping any data before returning it.
