Taking a few simple steps can help keep your device in good condition throughout your lease. While these tips won’t guarantee your device stays damage free, they can reduce the risk of damage or functional faults developing.

  1. Use a case and screen protector

Invest in a quality case and screen protector to guard against drops and scratches. With some devices, we provide a case or screen protector for your device – so be sure to use them for extra protection.

Please note: A screen protector is required for a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold to keep your warranty active.

  2. Handle with care

Keep your device away from edges, heat, and direct sunlight. Be mindful when carrying it to prevent accidental drops.

  3. Keep it clean

Regularly clean your device to prevent dirt and dust from accumulating, which can cause scratches or clog ports.

  4. Store safely

When not in use, keep your device in a secure, padded place to avoid accidental damage.

  5. Be careful with liquids

Keep your device away from water and other liquids to avoid spills and potential water damage.

Remember:

Even with the best precautions, accidents can still happen. These tips are designed to help reduce the risk of damage, but they don’t guarantee that your device will stay in perfect condition. For any questions or concerns about protecting your device, feel free to reach out to us.
