Can I transfer my agreement to someone else?
At Raylo, we want to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the legally binding nature of our hire agreements, we're unable to transfer your agreement to a different person.
When you initiated your application, it was tailored to your information and credit history. As a result, you are the responsible person for the entire duration of the agreement.
While we understand that sharing your device with a family member or close friend can be convenient, please note that it remains your responsibility to ensure timely payments for the subscription.
