You can cancel this agreement within the Cooling Off period without incurring any

charge if you return the Goods to us in their original, unopened packaging.

If the seal has been broken or the device has been switched on, you will not be able to cancel within the Cooling Off period under the terms of the Hire Agreement. This is because the device is no longer considered brand new.

In these instances, you will be liable to pay an Early Cancellation Charge.

The Early Cancellation Charge is calculated as the balance of Hire Payments that would be payable up to a term of 18 months.
