Oh no, we're very sorry to hear you have lost your phone or it's been stolen.

Do you have insurance with us? If so, please click here to find out how to make a claim today.

If you're not sure you can log into "My Account" online to find out.

Alternatively, some customers may have their tech covered with their own bank or home insurance policies.

Unfortunately if you do not have insurance you are still contractually obliged to make your monthly payments.

We may also be able to provide a replacement device for a fee.
