Delivery
We’ll deliver your new TV directly to your door through DHL. However, we’re unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the Channel Islands at this time.
If there are any issues with your TV once you've received it, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery so we can assist further.
Setting up your TV
Getting started with your new TV is a breeze.
Your TV will come with a user guide, but if you need more help, all the information you need is available here.
Your TV warranty
For any technical issues, your TV is covered by the manufacturer's warranty:

Changed your mind?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you decide the TV isn’t for you, here’s what you need to know:
Cooling-off period: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the TV and cancel your subscription.
Keep the packaging: Hold onto your TV’s packaging during this period, in case you decide to return it.
Safe return: For a hassle-free return, contact us, and we’ll arrange a DHL pickup.

If you need to cancel your lease after the 14-day cooling-off period:
