Hello there! 👋 Are you contemplating what to do at the end of your lease term with Raylo? No worries, we've got you covered. Here's a quick breakdown of your options:

  1. Upgrade: Fancy a new device? Apply for a new device of your choice with no upgrade fee. We’ll send it to you and you have 14 days to return the old one. It's that simple to stay up-to-date with the latest tech!

  2. Keep: Love the device you're using? Great! If you’re happy with the device you’ve been using, then just carry on paying monthly. If you want to purchase the device, please contact us to discuss.

  3. Cancel: Ready for something different? Hand the device back and sail off into the sunset. We'll always be here if you decide to return.

You can view all of your end of lease options in your account's 'Account Overview' section. Just select 'view details' and then 'see end of lease options'.
