This friendly reminder ensures that you stay informed and will notify you of any action required to bring your account up to date. Please note if you have an active Direct Debit, we may reattempt any missed payments four days after the initial attempt.
If you miss a payment you may incur a late payment fee of up to £29. To avoid this, please ensure you have an active Direct Debit and sufficient funds in your bank account on your due date.
Failure to make payment within 14 days of your due date will negatively impact your credit file. We advise our customers to make payment before this date to avoid this.
If payment is not made we may restrict usage of the device.
