To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your Raylo tech, you may be asked to provide a PIN code on delivery.
If a PIN code is required, DPD will send the code via SMS to your mobile number. All you need to do is provide this at the point of delivery.
If you're not around to receive the delivery yourself, share the code with someone you trust to take the delivery on your behalf. Don't share it with someone you do not know or trust.
Can't give the code or no one's there? We'll try again the next working day or you can change your delivery date using the DPD app.
