All brand new Samsung mobiles and tablets come with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defects in materials and/or workmanship but does not cover accidental damage and/or loss of the device.

Samsung recommends that you register your device with them, you can do this here.

Troubleshooting and submitting a warranty claim

  • To make a warranty claim go to the Samsung website*

  • Choose the device you would like to start a claim for

    • They will then offer various troubleshooting options which aim to solve the issue with your device without you ever having to send it away. If these steps do not solve the issue, Samsung may offer Doorstep Repair, Pick-up repair and/or In-store repair.

  • Samsung requires you to provide them with your Serial Number (often abbreviated to S/N) and your Proof of Purchase

    • For information on how to find the serial number on your device, please follow these instructions. For the proof of purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will happily help.

Don't forget, every device comes with Raylo Lifetime Warranty for the duration of your lease. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

*Please note, any Samsung warranty claim is at the discretion of Samsung. Full details on Samsung's warranty can be found here.
