Please note, from the date of payment it may take 5-7 working days for your device to be enabled.

You can contact us via live chat by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of the screen if your device still remains disabled after 7 working days and we will look into this for you. Our business hours are between 09:30 and 17:30 Monday to Saturday.
