When you signed up to Raylo you agreed to set up a Direct Debit with us to pay for your tech. This is covered under the Direct Debit Guarantee.
When a Direct Debit payment fails, our system will automatically attempt the Direct Debit again 4 working days later. This allows our customers to make a payment automatically without incurring a £12 late fee. Sometimes we can prevent this payment attempt but we are not always able to do so.
If the automatic Direct Debit attempts are not successful we will expect payment to be received as agreed on your promise to pay date.
