When you signed up to Raylo you agreed to set up a Direct Debit with us to pay for your tech. This is covered under the Direct Debit Guarantee.
When a Direct Debit payment fails, our system will automatically attempt the Direct Debit again 4 working days later.
If the automatic Direct Debit attempts are not successful we will expect payment to be received as agreed on your promise to pay date.
You can make a manual debit card payment sooner by logging into your Raylo Account.
If you cannot access your Raylo Account to make a payment, please contact us via live chat by clicking the blue chat icon at the bottom of the screen. Our business hours are between 09:30 and 17:30 Monday to Saturday.
