You can change the date your monthly subscription payment is taken by opening the chat bot icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
If this date ever falls on a weekend or a public/bank holiday then the payment will be called for on the next available working day but never before.
Please note: We do need 7 days notice before your due date to be able to make this change, if not it will be organised for the following payment.
