How do I change my Direct Debit date?

Easily adjust the date of your monthly subscription payment

If you’d like to change the date your Direct Debit is taken, follow the steps below to submit a request through our chat messenger.

How to change your Direct Debit date

  1. Select the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

  2. Scroll down and choose "Change Direct Debit Date" from the list of ticket options. See screenshot below.

  3. Provide the new preferred payment date and submit the request.

What happens next?

Once you’ve submitted the request, our team will process the change within 2 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s done.

Important Information

  • If the new date falls on a weekend or public/bank holiday, the payment will be processed on the next available working day (but never earlier).

  • To ensure the change is applied before your next payment, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your due date. If not, the change will apply to the following payment.

Can I change my payment date anytime?

Yes, but remember to give us at least 7 days’ notice before your next payment due date.

What if I have a payment due soon?

If you’ve missed the 7-day notice period, we’ll organise the change for the following payment.

Will I be notified when the change is complete?

Yes, we’ll send you an email confirmation once your Direct Debit date has been updated.
