How do I update my payment details?

Easily update the bank account linked to your Raylo payments

Looking to change the bank account your Direct Debit comes out of? No problem.

Follow the steps below to request this change through our chat messenger. You’ll find this at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

How to update your payment details:

  1. Select the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

  2. Scroll down and choose "Update Payment Details" from the list of ticket options. See the screenshot below.

  3. Fill in the requested details:

    • Your Full Name (as it appears on the account)

    • Sort Code

    • Account Number

  4. Submit the ticket, and we’ll take it from there.

What happens next?

Once submitted, our team will validate the new bank details and make the necessary changes to your Raylo account. This process typically takes up to 2 working days.

Need the change before your next payment?

To ensure the update is processed before your next instalment, submit your details at least 10 days before your next payment due date.

Important Information

  • We require a UK personal bank account that accepts Direct Debit payments.

  • Business or third-party bank accounts (partners, family members, friends) cannot be used. Please provide your own personal bank details.

  • In some cases, we may ask for a copy of your bank statement to verify the account. We’ll let you know if this is needed.

How will I know when my bank details have been updated?

We’ll confirm the update via email once the change has been successfully processed.

Can I change my bank details if I have a payment due soon?

Yes, but to avoid any issues, please provide the new details at least 10 days before your payment due date.
