Looking to changing the bank account your Direct Debit comes out of? No problem.

You can change this by sending an email to payments@raylo.com with your new bank details, including the following:

  • Bank Name e.g Barclays, Natwest

  • Your Full name as it appears on the account

  • Sort Code

  • Account Number

We require a UK Personal bank account that accepts Direct Debit payments, we do not accept Business bank accounts. We also can’t accept third party bank accounts (partners, family members, friends, etc) so please only provide us with your own personal bank details.

Once received we can then proceed in validating these bank details and make the change to your Raylo Pay account in time for your next instalment.

If the account you have provided has been opened within the last two months we may require a copy of your bank statement, to verify your account, but we will be in touch if this is the case.

Please note: To change account before your next payment you’ll need to give us this information at least 10 days before your due date.
