Looking to changing the bank account your Direct Debit comes out of? No problem.

You can change this by sending an email to payments@raylo.com with your new bank details, including the following:

  • Bank Name e.g Barclays, Natwest
  • Full name as appears on the account
  • Sort Code
  • Account Number

We require a UK account that accepts Direct Debit payments. We can’t accept third party bank accounts (partners, family members, friends, etc).

Please note: To change account before your next payment you’ll need to give us this information at least 10 days before your due date.
