Why do I have to set up a Direct Debit?

It's the only way to join Raylo.

We ask that you pay for your tech by Direct Debit. By setting up a Direct Debit you’re agreeing to pay us your subscription from your bank account. This happens automatically each month, keeping things really simple.

How it works:

  • During the sign up process you share your bank account details securely with us and give us permission to set up a Direct Debit with your bank.

  • We'll only set this up after we have confirmed your order, and it will take at least 3 days to show up in your Scheduled Payments (you can see these by checking your bank account). If you can’t see the scheduled payment for Raylo after a week, please get in touch with your bank to ensure they have set it up correctly.

To see the sort code and account number of the bank account you’re paying us from, log in to Raylo and go to My Account.

The first payment You will see the Direct Debit payment the following month and it will show on your bank statement as Raylo Group Limited.
