Need to cancel? Here’s how it works

You’ll have 14 days from when your device is shipped to change your mind and return it. Just make sure the device is unopened and unused if it’s brand new.


What if I change my mind after 14 days?

You can still cancel your lease early, but there’ll be a charge. This is up to 18 times your monthly payment, depending on your lease term and how much you’ve already paid.


What are my options at the end of the lease?

You’re in control. At the end of your lease, you can:

  1. Upgrade to a new device

  2. Extend your lease and save with a lower monthly price

  3. Keep leasing monthly for ultimate flexibility

  4. Return the device and cancel


What if I damage the device during my lease?

We get it – life happens. If your device comes back with damage, we’ll assess it and may apply a repair charge.

But don’t worry – most people don’t pay this. We only charge for damage that goes beyond everyday use.

Note: We also include accessories with many devices (like cases and screen protectors) to help protect your tech from day one.
