What’s covered by Raylo’s Lifetime Warranty
We cover technical faults and manufacturing issues for as long as you lease the device from us. That includes:
The device not turning on
Battery or charging faults
Unresponsive screens (not caused by drops or cracks)
Issues with buttons, speakers or microphones
If your tech stops working as it should, we’ll put it right.
What’s not covered: Accidental or liquid damage, cracked screens or cosmetic issues, software faults from third-party apps, or anything added after you got the device.

What happens next
Once your device arrives, we’ll check it within 5 working days.
Once the fault is confirmed:
We’ll repair it and send it back, or
If we can’t fix it, we’ll send a like-for-like replacement
Then, you’ll get your repaired or replacement device within 2 working days.

Can I use the manufacturer’s warranty instead?
Yes. For brand new devices still within the manufacturer’s warranty, you can go directly to the brand store if that’s easier.

If the damage is accidental, it’s not covered under warranty, but it might be covered by insurance. You can make a claim from your Raylo account if you added insurance at checkout.

Not if the fault is covered and the device is returned unlocked and erased. Warranty returns are free.
