Most orders arrive the next day after dispatch (Monday-Saturday), but some areas, like Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, may take an extra day.

A Delivery PIN is a security code used by DPD. If your order is sent with DPD, you’ll receive a PIN by email or text. You’ll need to give this to the driver when your device is delivered.

If you miss the delivery, the courier will try again the next day. If they can’t deliver after two attempts, the device will be returned to Raylo and your subscription will be cancelled.
