Here’s what to expect once you’ve placed your order.
When will my tech arrive?
After your order is confirmed, we’ll email you an estimated delivery date. Once the device is on the way, you’ll receive a dispatch notification from the courier.
You can track your delivery by logging into your account and checking the 'Delivery Information' section - updates will appear once dispatched.
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a one-hour delivery window from DPD, so you don’t have to wait around.
Don’t forget, you may need a PIN for delivery. This will be sent by DPD via SMS.

If you can’t make your delivery slot, reschedule through DPD or the DPD app here. Here you can:
Choose a new delivery date that works for you.
Request a Sunday delivery (additional cost may apply).

If your order is confirmed before 5pm, it will be delivered the next working day. For Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, allow one extra day.

If your order has not been dispatched and your estimated delivery date is approaching or has passed, it's likely taking us a little longer to receive your device from our suppliers. Rest assured, our team is working hard to get it to you as soon as possible, and we will continue to keep you updated via email along the way.

For added security, you may be asked to provide a PIN code when your Raylo tech is delivered. If required, DPD will send this code via SMS, and you’ll need to provide it to the driver upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, you can share the PIN with someone you trust to accept the delivery on your behalf. Learn more here.

For personal leases, the delivery address must match your billing address.
For business leases, you will be provided with the option to have your items delivered to your registered office address.

Your tech cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. You or someone you trust will need to be in to receive the parcel.

We are currently UK-based but hope to expand in the future.
It's important to also note that we do not currently deliver to:
PO Boxes
BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
Republic of Ireland
Channel Islands (Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey, Sark)

If you miss your delivery, don't worry. The courier will attempt again the next working day. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and your order will be cancelled.
