1. What’s included?

Adding Raylo Care to your hire agreement means you will not be due repair charges if your device is found to be damaged when you return it after the minimum period stated in your hire agreement.

Raylo Care provides additional coverage over our lifetime warranty so you can be sure you won’t be charged for accidental damage after the minimum period.

2. What isn’t covered in Raylo Care?

Raylo Care does not cover repair charges due to accidental damage if you end your hire during the minimum period of your agreement. To ensure your Raylo Care coverage applies, make sure the minimum period has passed before returning your device to cancel the agreement.

Repair or replacement of the device due to accidental, cosmetic, or liquid damage is also not covered in Raylo Care. We do cover repair or replacement of the device due to technical defects under Raylo’s lifetime warranty.

Raylo Care is not an insurance product and does not cover you against loss or theft. Loss and theft protection is covered by insurance, which can be added to your hire agreement at the checkout stage, or you can get your own insurance to protect your device. You can learn more about Raylo’s insurance policy here: https://www.raylo.com/legal.

3. Other Important Information

Raylo Care is not an insurance policy and only provides coverage against repair charges that may fall due when you return your device after the minimum period of your hire agreement.

We cannot offer refunds for Raylo Care coverage if you choose to purchase your device instead of returning after the minimum period.

Raylo Care is only available on certain devices and agreement periods. Raylo Care is offered as an optional add-on to your hire agreement and is only available at certain times before you return the device.

Enrollment in Raylo Care is only confirmed once you have paid for the coverage and received a confirmation of enrollment.
