Under the terms of your subscription with Raylo, you do not own the tech. If you are unable to return your tech, you will need to pay the non-return fee included in your Hire Agreement. This agreement is sent to you via email when you place your order. Below, you can find out more information on how to find this email, and how to pay the non-return fee.

Where can I find my non-return fee?

Your non-return fee is included in you Hire Agreement which is sent to you via email when placing your order. Depending on how long ago your signed up, there are two ways to try and locate this email:

  1. Search your inbox for the subject which includes 'ordered successfully and is being prepared for dispatch'

    or

  2. Search your inbox to find emails from help@raylo.com around your estimated sign up date
