If the seal has been broken or the device has been switched on, it is no longer considered as new and you will incur a cancellation charge as per your hire agreement.

The cancellation charge of up to 18 months would typically be owed once the seal has been broken. However, we appreciate you may have had a change of heart and as you are within your cooling-off period, the charge will be reduced to a minimum of £99.99.
