Returning your old tech to Raylo is really simple. Follow the steps below when you receive your returns packaging. The return packaging will be sent to you soon after you receive your upgrade, or you request to cancel.

  1. Backup your personal data and transfer it to your new device. (Find out how here for Apple or here for Samsung).

  2. Remove your device from Find My / Android account and factory reset the device. This is really important, we won’t be able to complete your return if you skip this step.

  3. Remove any accessories / SIMs from the device.

  4. Take a picture of the device you’re returning. Make sure to capture its general condition.

  5. Package the device securely. Full instructions can be found in the return packaging.

  6. Drop off the parcel at any Post Office. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage.

What happens next?

  • You will be notified via email when the parcel is received.

  • The device will be assessed within five working days.

  • You’ll be notified via email once complete, or if any fees are due.
