We are sorry that your trade-in has been cancelled, this could be due to the following:

  1. You missed the DPD collection. We give everyone three opportunities for DPD to collect their phone and after the third missed collection, we have to cancel the trade-in.

  2. Your phone wasn’t removed from ‘Find my iPhone’ or ‘Find my Mobile’. If this hasn’t been removed then we can’t give the phone to anyone new so we have to cancel the trade-in and return the phone to you.

  3. You didn’t accept or decline our updated trade-in offer. If your trade-in isn’t in the specified condition we will provide you with a revised trade-in offer. If you don’t accept or decline the new offer, we have to cancel the trade-in and return the phone to you.

You don’t need to do anything else at this stage and we will send the phone back to you within a few days.
