What’s next?

  • We'll email you to let you know when your order is confirmed. 

  • We'll then send you an email notification from our courier that we have dispatched your delivery, generally this means they are going to try to deliver you package the next day.

  • The courier will deliver the parcel free of charge. 

  • On the day of delivery before 11am, DPD will send you a notification with a time slot, this will be a 1-hour window.

  • Once you receive your initial delivery notification you’ll be able to update your delivery options by downloading the DPD app here
