What’s next?

  • We'll email you to let you know when your order is confirmed. 
  • We'll then send you an email notification from our courier that we have dispatched your delivery, generally this means they are going to try to deliver you package the next day.
  • The courier will deliver the phone free of charge. 
  • On the day of delivery before 11am, DPD will send you a notification with a time slot, this will be a 1-hour window.
  • Once you receive your initial delivery notification you’ll be able to update your delivery options by downloading the DPD app here 
  • If you'd like to collect it from your local shop, log into your Raylo account and start an online chat with us, or email us at deliveries@raylo.com.
