Returning your device? Packaging your device for return is really simple – just follow this step-by-step guide before you send your device.

Returning your device? Here's how to package it:

  1. Contact us: Please reach out to us to initiate your return. Ensure you use the provided labelling for the return.

    1. For warranty returns, click here: Start Warranty Return

    2. For cancellation returns, click here: Start Cancellation Return

  2. Package your device: Place your device into packaging, such as your Raylo box. Then, place it into a mailing bag. The outer packaging is essential to protect against potential fraud.

  3. Secure the bag: Seal the mailing bag along its sides to ensure your device is well-protected.

  4. Attach returns label: Make sure the returns label is visible and attached to the outer packaging. If you opted for a paperless return option, you can skip this step.

  5. Keep proof of postage: Remember to retain your proof of postage when dropping off the parcel as you might need it later.

  6. Track the parcel: Keep track of the parcel’s journey to ensure it reaches us within the required 14-day timeframe. If we don’t receive it within this period, your monthly payments may continue.
