Just get in touch and tell us about your new account – make sure you’ve got your bank details to hand. It’ll need to be a UK account that accepts Direct Debit payments.

Please note: To change account before your next payment you’ll need to give us this info at least 10 days before your due date.
We can’t accept new bank details before your first payment has been made, and also can’t accept third party bank accounts (partners, family members, friends, etc).
