We’re glad you asked. Signing up to a Raylo Subscription is simple, speedy and secure – plus it gives you an incredible saving on a new iPhone.
The sign up process is all online and takes less than 5 minutes. No paperwork, no hassle and – best of all – your new iPhone delivered direct to your doorstep.
Here’s how it works:
- You'll need to give us a few personal details to apply, e.g. name, email, address, phone number and DOB.
- You give us your bank details to setup a Direct Debit with your bank. This will commence 1 month after we send you the phone.
- You give us your card details as we need to confirm who you are and your billing/ delivery address are correct. We don't take any money but we do run a quick check to prevent Fraud, we believe this is the responsible thing to do for you and us.
- We run our credit checks.
As we are authorised and regulated by the FCA, we have to run credit checks on all of our customers to ensure the monthly payments are affordable and to protect against fraud. We provide information on this in our FAQs and online help.
- If you pass the credit check, we'll send you an email to confirm your order, and follow up with a delivery date for your phone (for in stock orders pre 5pm – estimated next business day).
- We're sorry if you are declined, but unfortunately sometimes we have to say "no".
- Contact us if you need help or would like us to provide you with your pre authorisation reference number and time of cancellation on our side.
