How to get proof of usage from your network

To move forward with your claim, we need something called proof of usage from your mobile network. This shows the device was being used before it was lost or stolen.

Here’s how to get it:

  1. Contact your network and ask for a proof of usage document.

  2. They’ll likely ask for your IMEI number. We sent this to you when you created the claim

  3. Ask them to include:

    • The dates the device was used

    • Your IMEI number

Once they send it over, just forward it to us. We’ll handle the rest.
