Here’s how to get it:
Contact your network and ask for a proof of usage document.
They’ll likely ask for your IMEI number. We sent this to you when you created the claim
Ask them to include:
The dates the device was used
Your IMEI number
Once they send it over, just forward it to us. We’ll handle the rest.
