We aim to deliver your device as quickly as possible, usually the next day. You’ll see your estimated delivery date on the checkout page before you place your order.
After ordering, you can check your delivery status anytime in your Raylo account.

A Delivery PIN is a security code used by DPD. If your order is sent with DPD, you’ll receive a PIN by email or text. You’ll need to give this to the driver when your device is delivered.

If you miss the delivery, the courier will try again the next day. If they can’t deliver after two attempts, the device will be returned to Raylo and your subscription will be cancelled.
