When applying for any tech with Raylo, we run a series of checks before making a final decision. We believe this is the responsible thing to do for both Raylo and our customers. Unfortunately, on this occasion your application has been declined. We understand receiving this news may be disappointing and that you may want to discuss this further with a member of the Raylo team.

We would advise you in the first instance to review your free credit report from Credit Karma (www.creditkarma.co.uk) in order to check your details are accurate and up to date. However, a clear credit file with a good credit score does not always guarantee acceptance as there may be other reasons for the decline.

To confirm, your order has now been cancelled and we will not take any payments from you.
